By commissioning me - you are agreeing to the terms of service below
GENERAL:• 100% prepayment via Boosty(bank card) - I'll help you, be sure to ask. I will not accept a refund request if you have already paid your commission or the work is already complete.• I set the deadline individually. It usually ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months. If I am delayed, I will inform you. If I have a queue, I will inform you before payment. If you need art urgently within 1-2 weeks, it will be more expensive, depending on the complexity.• I am allowed to post the artworks on my social network or live-streams of the process unless requested differently by the commissioner. If you don't want it - tell me about it in advance. Then I'll do it privately.• Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, train AI, remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.• Only for personal use. Commissioner can print the illustration for personal use, claim rights to their character(s), but not to the drawing itself. As an artist, I retain all commercial rights to the illustration, including the sale of printed or digital products, marketing, and any other commercial activities, unless the commission was originally purchased for commercial purposes and at commercial prices. If you do not pay, I will give your place to another commissioner.• I need character references and a brief description of the character. I don't work with text only. The more you show me and tell me, the better and more accurately I can portray your character on the canvas. if I missed something in the discussion or references, I will correct it regardless of the stage of the art.• Stay in touch - don't go more than 2 days if I wrote to you. If you can't stay in touch, please let me know and we'll discuss all aspects of your commission in advance. If you disappear without warning and don't respond to me within a week, I'll complete your commission without your involvement and send it to you without any further edits.• You can make absolutely any edits at the sketch stage, in the following stages - I do not accept any edits. Think carefully what exactly you want or what exactly is wrong - I do not accept vague statements about edits either, try to say them comprehensively - I will not redraw the sketch endlessly - take this into account.• English is not my native language - I use a translator to be sure and avoid misunderstandings. Describe your information in great detail - if I did not understand you correctly and you noticed it - pay my attention to it or try to formulate it differently. It may seem to you that I speak a little rudely - but its not, believe me I have no purpose to be rude to you :D
